Booking FAQ

Good to know

Not at all. Most clients leave a key in a lockbox or with a concierge. You’ll get a text when your cleaners arrive and another when they leave.

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before your slot. Manage everything from your booking link or reply to any reminder text.

Yes. Every crew brings eco-certified products, microfibre cloths and a HEPA vacuum. If you prefer a particular product, just leave it out and add a note.

Light rain doesn’t affect results. For storms we’ll reschedule you to the next free slot at no cost.
